The Guidance and Training Center Society for the Child and Family- Bethlehem sincerely thanks and appreciates Deep Insights company, represented by Ms. Amal Tarzi (Partner and CEO), Mr. Ghazi Kamal (Partner and Operations Manager), and Ms. Lour Al-Masri for their valuable contributions in supporting the association’s work. The Deep Insights team provided a comprehensive evaluation of the association’s projects over the past three years, including a detailed presentation of the current status of the projects, accurate assessment of strengths and weaknesses, and practical recommendations demonstrating their professional commitment and clear approach. Deep Insights team also participated in a strategic planning workshop on the second day of the annual retreat held on 5/9/2025, attended by GTC board members and staff, where a comprehensive SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) was conducted. The workshop produced key results and recommendations that will help develop a strategic plan more aligned with the mission and future vision of the Guidance and Training Center for the child and family Association. This constructive collaboration with Deep Insights reflects the value of an effective partnership based on professionalism and commitment, and represents a genuine addition to the association’s organizational development journey.
