The beneficiary referred from the reception committee to the specialist for consultation regarding a complaint upon the beneficiary’s request. The number of consultation sessions ranges from one session determined by one of the options to three sessions according to the beneficiary’s situation and preference. This is followed by the following three options:
Closure of the consultation file and preparation of a summary after the consultation sessions are completed.
Transfer of the consultation file to a regular treatment file if the beneficiary wishes to continue the treatment.
Referral of the beneficiary who received the consultation to an appropriate external party as deemed appropriate by the treating professional, in collaboration with the beneficiary.”
