The Guidance and Training Center for the Child and Family conducted a training workshop at Dar Al-Kalima School titled “Understanding Psychological, Emotional, Social, Behavioral, and Language Issues and Their Impact on Academic Performance in the Age Group of 5-8 Years.” The workshop was led by psychologist Natalie Banoura and speech and hearing specialist Razan Al-Araj.
Additionally, a second workshop titled “Enhancing Teachers’ Skills in the Early Detection of Sensory and Learning Difficulties in Preschool and Primary School Children (ages 5 to 8 years)” was presented by social worker Rania Zahdeh and occupational therapist Hazar Al-Shami.
Both workshops included a range of topics and targeted questions aimed at expanding teachers’ knowledge regarding the mentioned age groups.
